2. Step 2:
After you add the download links to Jdownloader by manual or by the auto-grabber of Jdownloader, you right click at the file on the LinkGrabber box and choose "Continue with the selected link(s)" or "Continue with all" to start download all links at this box.

If you dont have a premium account at the host that you're downloading, sometimes you have to wait some seconds or type a captchar to confirm.
